What Is Your Viewpoint from a Higher Heart Connection?

A Self-Reflection for Sacred Alignment

There comes a moment perhaps in stillness or perhaps in upheaval, when we are asked to see from the inner awareness of the higher heart rather than from our wounds or our mind’s protection. We often think of the sentimental chest space of “love” where it is not reactive nor is it attached. The higher heart is spacious. It perceives from unity, not separation. It speaks without judgment. It sees without distortion.

The question arose for me in meditation, simple but seismic:
“What is your viewpoint from a higher heart connection?”

Immediately, everything else fell away. I wasn’t being asked what I felt. I wasn’t being asked what I thought.
I was being asked to recalibrate the lens.

And so I offer this phrase to you now as a living koan: a sacred key into a portal through a threshold.

Let us explore the following so we can remember.

The Distinction Between the Heart and the Higher Heart

The traditional heart center often carries emotion such as grief, joy, desire, hope.

The higher heart is where soul and compassion meet without condition. It is attuned to the eternal. It activates through alignment rather than story telling.

It does not ask: What do I want?
It asks: What is true beyond the self I usually defend?

Reflection Question:

  • Where in my body do I feel my “regular heart” versus my higher heart?

  • When I pause, breathe, and feel from the higher heart, what quiet truth becomes clear?

Situations That Call for the Higher Heart Lens

Not every moment requires this depth of perception. Some decisions are human-scale. But when confusion arises… when distortion creeps in… when your mind argues but your soul stays silent… this is your threshold.

Ask:

  • Am I seeing this from fear, memory, or projection?

  • If I rose into the higher heart right now, what would I see differently?

  • Who would I be if I didn’t need to be right… but just to be with the truth?

A Practice for Activating the Higher Heart

  1. Place one palm at your physical heart and one at the base of your throat.
This area between the heart and the throat is where the higher heart center dwells.

  2. Breathe into this space.
Let the breath widen it, as if you are opening a soft etheric lotus.

  3. Speak the phrase internally or aloud:
“I now choose to see this from a higher heart connection.”

  4. Wait. Don’t rush.
What image arises? What dissolves? What hums with the resonance of truth?

Deeper Questions to Sit With

Let these guide you toward coherence because in this journey, there is no conclusion:

  • Where am I still choosing to see from the perspective of protection rather than connection?

  • What stories dissolve when I enter the space of the higher heart?

  • Who or what do I soften toward when I remember my higher heart is eternal?

  • Can I love myself enough to not respond from my wounded center?

  • What does power feel like when it is rooted in compassion rather than control?

  • Closing Transmission

    The higher heart doesn’t argue.
It doesn’t clamor to be heard.
    It simply is.
When we listen from here, we understand life differently.
    We recognize and know

    We live it differently.

And so I ask you again, not for an answer, but for a return:
What is your viewpoint from a higher heart connection?
